Time is flying by!

I wish I could copy and paste my office calendar for the month of February and early-march into my blog. It is crazy the number of shows and the number of days I will be travelling. Sometimes it's even over-whelming thinking about all the details I need to cross off my "to-do" list and I like to consider myself a "seasoned professional".

I have been looking at airline tickets for my next two shows and it looks something like this:
  • SEA to SFO (San Fran)
  • SFO to MSY (New Orleans) - via DFW and if I take a cheap flight, also through IAH
  • MSY to SEA - see bullet above
That is one trip for 14 days of travel. I'm glad that airports and airplanes don't bother me. Plus, I'll be stock piling books onto my Kindle and new apps onto the Ipad. I'm also determined that this trip will include lots of fruit and salad and not the normal crappy hotel food that I usually eat. Although, I do know I will be eating out a lot more in New Orleans. I just can't resist a good muffalatta or jambalya in the Big Easy!

When you're an event planner you spend your life planning for the future. Right now most of my days are spent on a huge conference I put on at the end of May. END OF MAY, people! By then the year will be half gone and it will be summer!! I can't even believe that January is almost gone.

Time is flying by! Before I blink my babies will be 5 and 2.  They won't even be babies anymore, but little people! If time doesn't slow down they are going to be in high school tomorrow. Ha ha!

This is a random post, I know.  So to conclude, American Horror Story and Parenthood both ended this week. If I didn't have Downton Abbey to look forward to, I would seriously have a meltdown. So glad that Mad Men is back this April and True Blood later this summer! I love well written tv dramas!

Happy Thursday friends!

  1. I know time is going by so fast! A guy I work with turned in his 2 weeks so tomorrow is his last day. I seriously thought he was here another week. Time is flying and I feel like I am missing so much!
