Busy Bee

This is the busiest time of the year for me. A week ago I was in Vegas, in a little more than 9 days I will be in Orlando. Between Vegas and Orlando I have been working 12-14 hour days trying to get all my t's crossed and i's dotted for my company's first Global Partner Conference. This morning I was on a call with all of our staff in EMEA (Europe) and Monday I will be talking to all of North, South and Latin America. I am a one-man show and covering all of my bases regarding this conference is stretching me to the depths of my professional abilities. It's fun though and I can't wait to see the conference come together.

I could not have done all of this without Matt. He is AMAZING! He is supportive, offers constructive criticism, he is a good sounding board and he handles all the little things at home that I just don't have time for. I seriously could not do this job without him!

A few updates from the home front:

• Madi's last day of Pre-K is on Monday. I get teary-eyed thinking of her going to kindergarten. Oh my, how is my little girl old enough to go to the "big school"? 
• I am so excited that my family gets to go to Disney World with me. (And we'll be in the Presidential Suite...oh my....it's more than 2,800 sqft of hotel space....I might just die from excitement) 
• Matt and I reduced our cable plan, but I was super excited that I got to keep HBO. I can't wait for Newsroom and True Blood this summer! 

I will be sporadic over the next few weeks! Happy May my friends! It's a great month! 

What Happens in Vegas...2013 Edition

I was here this time last year.

One year later, I am back at the Mandalay. Same hotel, different view (pool and airport view).

While last year I was here for ten days, this year I've managed to whittle it down to 7.

Not much has changed this year over last. Ha. Still trying to catch up on "Game of Thrones", seems the Mandalay Bay is the best place to do this.
